1. California and U.S. State Privacy Rights
Under the California Privacy Rights Act and analogous U.S. state laws, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:
Right to Know (Data Access)
You can request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you in the past 12 months, including:
- Categories of personal information collected
- Sources from which the information was collected
- Business purposes for collection
- Categories of third parties with whom we share information
- Specific pieces of personal information collected
Right to Delete
You can request that we delete the personal information we have collected about you, subject to certain exceptions (such as legal obligations or security purposes).
Right to Correct
You can request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you, taking into account the nature and purposes of the processing.
Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing
You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Note: We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. When your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of sale and sharing and record it as such.
Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information
You can limit our use of sensitive personal information (such as account login credentials and voice recordings during practice sessions) to only those purposes necessary to provide our services. If you have an account, the fastest path is to manage this directly in your Privacy Settings. Otherwise, you can submit a formal request using the form below.
2. EU/UK Privacy Rights (GDPR)
We do not accept signups from the European Union or the United Kingdom. For the canonical description of GDPR rights and our obligations, see our Privacy Policy.
3. Response Times
We commit to the response windows below. If we need additional time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period before the original deadline expires.

4. Verification Process
To protect your privacy, we must verify your identity before processing your request. We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days. After you submit a request:
- Email Verification:We'll send a verification email to the address you provide. Click the link within 1 hour to confirm your request. If the link expires, just submit a new request; there's no penalty.
- Identity Matching:We'll match your email against our records to verify you are the person whose data is being requested.
- Additional Verification: For certain requests (such as specific pieces of personal information), we may request additional identifying information.
We process verified requests at no cost.
6. Non-Discrimination
Under CPRA Section 1798.125, we will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. This means we will not:
- Deny you goods or services
- Charge you different prices or rates
- Provide you a different level or quality of service
- Suggest you will receive a different price or quality of service
